TOPS'L Tides 1309

The condo at #1309 was perfect for our family of five! My husband and I had the main bedroom/bath, my two daughters (21 and 23) had the second bedroom, each with their own bed & tv, and my 16-year-old son had the pull out sofa in the living room with his own tv. The Haverty pull-out bed was VERY comfortable and the girls came out of their rooms every morning and lounged on it while watching tv :) The condo was very clean when we got there, no complaints at all about that. My only request would there to be maybe a couple more low chairs to take down to the beach and maybe some salt & pepper! lol - we forgot about spices when going to the grocery store, but we made due. The beach access was perfect! The only reservation I have with renting this property again would be due to how far away it is down 30A, away from a lot of the popular restaurants and attractions. Maybe if there was an incentive of a discount on a car rental or something like that, it would definitely help persuade us to stay there again. Again, not really complaining, but the uber costs were a lot by the time we got through the week and we had to pack for the day if we were going over early in the morning, just to save cost on ubers for the day. It was a beautiful view every morning from the large balcony, where I had my coffee every day. We loved it and had a great time! Thanks again!

We enjoyed this condo for our beach vacation with our 2 small children. Unit was clean and well equipped. Some of the unit is showing age (cabinets and broken refrigerator shelf arm) but it didn't affect our stay. One reccomendation to other renters would be to bring everything for food prep. There is no salt/pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters (8-12 basket style), etc. so we had to go buy them all. And if you have young children, bring a small stool for them to climb into bed. Despite these small details we would still come back and stay here again.

The condo was wonderful, comfortable and well supplied with essentials. The complex is well maintained, pool and poolside bar/restaurant really good. Beach perfect!

Great condo! It was clean, great view, and easily accessible. We had a blast!

My family and I travel frequently to Florida. Miramar is a place we love to visit when we come to the beach. Tops’l Tides is our favorite location to stay at. The only downside is the new rule of having no tents allowed on Tops’l Tides property. So when you decide to go down to the beach you MUST either rent out their sun umbrellas ( you’re lucky enough if they are all not reserved). I suggest you bring your own chairs and sun umbrellas.

This was our 3rd summer in a row staying at Tops'l Tides 1309. It was just as awesome as it was the first time we stayed. I am super OCD when it comes to cleanliness. This property is clean and VERY WELL maintained. The pool was clean and well maintained as well. Security made sure that only Tide guest were using the Tides pool which made it so that the pool wasn't nearly as packed as the shared pool. We also loved the poolside bar/restaurant. Everyone was extremely nice and super fast with all of our MANY orders. Out of all 3 years staying in this rental, we have never been disappointed. We will absolutely be back next summer for our 4th consecutive summer.
