Amazing, clean space that is in a prime spot of mirimar beach. beach access through the property and plenty of amenities on the property. We loved our stay and look forward to rebooking again in the future

The condo was beautifully decorated and located in a wonderful community/resort. The view was gorgeous overlooking the Tops'l Reserve, the pool area, & the ocean. The hosts were friendly & responsive!
There was a bit of an issue with our original reservation (not for this condo) and the hosts were quick to get it resolved & had us booked into a new place (this condo) all before check in! We were so thankful & appreciative for the staff on how the situation was taken care of and they ensured we had somewhere to get settled after a very long travel day. Kudos to the team!

One of our top family vacations. First time at 30A and this area is a peaceful gem! Workout area and racquet club was wonderful! Pool and bar staff very friendly! Beaches were quiet on our end and beautiful! We will definitely be back!

I was extremely nervous booking with no reviews but this place didn’t disappoint! It was just like the photos. Easy check in and check out. Very clean and a very nice neighborhood. The only thing I didn’t like was the walk to the beach but they had shuttles to take you to and from. Nothing negative on their part.

We really enjoyed this unit. Very up to date, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the views of the sunrise and the gulf. We also got to see four deer in the yard below. Great place!

A really lovely updated unit with lots of thoughtful details. Amazing view of the gulf. Comfortable beds (but bring extra blankets if you like covers) and a fully-stocked kitchen made for a really wonderful stay. The resort has several unique and fantastic amenities for the whole family to enjoy....we loved the mini golf, beach bar, pools, hot tub and the top-notch fitness center. Highly recommend!
