The walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbors conversations. Other than that, it was a very smooth stay. The room was spacious, and the view was great. I would definitely come back.

This property is perfectly located on the beach, next to the state park and minutes from the outlet mall providing plenty of activities for everyone.

Access to the beach was easy

The view is great! The room is like a hotel room with a small deck overlooking the ocean, pool and hot tub. It is a small walk to the beach. The unit was clean and yes, as others mentioned in their reviews, the shower pressure was amazing. The walls do seem thin so you can hear people around you or going up and down the hall. My biggest issue was with the extremely loud renovations going on in a unit the floor above. Unfortunately, it was a private residence and Vacasa has no control over the noise between 8AM-5PM. Hopefully, the renovation will be over before the next guest checks in.

Upon arrival the room was very nice and clean. Definitely don’t have many complaints. Sometimes the toilet didn’t want to flush but other than that the room was nice. I do have to say the walls at this resort are paper thin you can hear almost everything in neighboring rooms including regular conversations. For the most part it was quiet the first few nights, we did however our last night experience a dog screaming for hours in the room next to ours. Thankfully we had brought a loud plug in fan that helped drown out the barking and was able to sleep without an issue. Although If we didn’t bring our fan there’s no way we would have been able to sleep with the dog screaming it was that loud. I do recommend going to the blue grill restaurant the resort has by the boardwalk to the beach. It was really nice and the food and drinks were good.
