Location. Newly decorated.

Condo was clean & decorated nicely. It was open & bright. WiFi was perfect & we had no issues streaming! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The location was convenient and the grounds were well kept

The employees were very helpful and friendly! It’s a gated property with a security guard 24/7. We stayed at Unit 911 during the 4th of July weekend! It was plenty of space for our party of 6! The fireworks were a perfect view from our balcony! The balcony is big enough for the whole family with a nice view of the ocean! Everything was clean and organized! The beds were the only issue. Both rooms are in need of new mattresses . You could feel the springs and it was hard to get comfortable. However we didn’t let that ruin our stay. The whole unit was updated with new appliances and modern furniture. When you want to travel to the beach be prepared to rent chairs or you will have to walk a little ways down the beach to a spot for guest of the property. You are only suppose to have umbrellas on Topsl property but we did see some tents. My only two wishes that this place had was in the living room I wish the lamps had usb ports embedded in the lamps so it will be easier to plug in a phone or table to charge. The outlets are hard to get to in the wall due to the couches are in the way. Also, a broom for sand and crumbs.

We loved our stay at Unit 911! The condo looked just like the pictures and was extremely clean. Our family of four enjoyed all the amenities at the Tides, which included putt- putt golf and pickleball (all for free). I was a bit worried about the beach setup, since personal beach equipment is only allowed in a certain section; However, the section was not crowed and we were able set up our chairs and umbrellas easily. I would recommend this unit/property to friends and family!

Tides 911 was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. We love Tides location, beach, amenities and keep coming back.
