Location, location, location! Just steps away from wherever you wanted to be - this unit was perfect for quickly accessing the restaurant, beach, pool & parking garage! Although a little outdated in decor, that didn’t deter us from staying in this unit as we’re not there for the decor! We traveled with 3 smaller children & felt that this unit was tailored more towards adults & older children as they were no acrylic or plastic cups or plates. We were very nervous to use so we added paper plates & plastic cups to our grocery list. Although, we did find a pack & play, pack & play mattress & a bedrail for the twin bed in the guest closet which were nice features, these were not noted in the listing & would have saved us over $100 in rental equipment from a local crib company. We were disappointed with the inconvenience we experienced our 2nd night of our stay where we had to wait on maintenance & a plumber to fix a leak that had clearly been a problem in the past - front utility closet reeked of mildew, smelled musty & even looked like mold! Lastly, the laundry closet door doesn’t allow for the dryer door to open all of the way, so doing laundry was no small task. The washing machine was so incredibly loud, we thought it was going to march out the front door during its spin cycle. For these reasons, we will be looking elsewhere on our next trip. Very nice unit, but could definitely use some love & updates!

Will list the pros and cons: Cons: •Dishwasher is old and very loud •Washing machine was loud and unstable •Master bedroom didn’t stay cool like the other bedroom and kitchen etc. •AC is very loud in the master bedroom while running •Barely enough hot water for two separate showers back to back. •Had issues getting the patio door locked from the master bedroom, since it was not locked upon arrival. •Lights above the stove didn't work •Ceiling fan very loud in master bedroom •Wasn’t allowed to do late check out, even though no one was coming in for three days. Pros: •Close to the beach with access to two pools •Wifi- needed as signal is hard to get •Young female at front desk very helpful •Amazing shower pressure in master bedroom •Was able to check in an hour early

Perfect room, great location

The room is on ground level so super easy access to pool and beach. The king bed is actually two twins but we didnt mind because the mattresses were super comfy. This was a great room overall.
