The place makes you feel safe and at home! Plenty of room and very clean. The balcony is a good size with a good amount of outdoor furniture. from the front to the back door, 10/10.

We’ve stayed several years at Tops’l and overall this was a nice condo. It does have a partial blocked view of ocean due to the building next to it, the pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable, and covered in sand when we unfolded it upon arrival. The floors were extremely dirty when we arrived but other than those few complaints the room was nice. The price to rent it was cheaper than some of the others I found in the Tides building so you definitely get what you pay for.

We love this property. It is convenient to the beach, restuarants, and fun things to do. We also love the pickleball courts.

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, updated decor. Pool and beach not too crowded. Easy walk to each.

We loved so many things about this place and location. It is close to great restaurants and a movie theater. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was clean, very large and could hold two people, the microwave and laundry machines in the unit were functional and the refrigerator and kitchen were clean. We appreciated the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Note: This room has a partial ocean view between two buildings and overlooks a parking lot. While we hoped for a much better view, the cleanliness of this place exceeded expectations and what we saw for other properties that were priced the same or higher. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a good time on our trip. The condo has everything you need or want. Sooo many towels! It is not in a terribly busy area and several restaurants and stores are close. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, the condo is quite a hike to the beach. Even more so if you are an early riser like us and have to walk to the main beach access until 9am.
