Great view.

The view was great and the rooms were clean. It was missing some little things like hand soap in the bathrooms, cookie sheet, salt and pepper. Also, one of the beds was broken and was really loud if you moved around.

This place needs to be updated with new paint and new couch. Amazing view so can’t beat that though.

The apartment is front view to the ocean! Very beautiful view. The apartment is comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

We visited one of the busiest weeks of summer travel in Florida (week of July 4) there were no hurricanes or severe thunderstorms in the forecast, however, the restaurants and Tiki bar were closed an entire day and a lot of a second day. We spent $163 on four chairs on the beach and they were carried up at three when the rain had already begun to stop and the Hilton resort next-door still had all of their chairs out, and their restaurants were open, and their bars were open. I also have video of this. This condo I would stay in again if I was going just to do an Airbnb type stay where I bring all of my things to cook however, there wasn’t a lot of places to put groceries if I had done that since it is well stocked with dishes in all of the cabinets. It was a good value for the location and condition of the condo itself. The resort has lost a lot of its charm as far as guest entertainment than it had many years ago. I wonder if they just have a shortage of employees. There were a lot of people sitting at that bar waiting for it to open and I’m assuming that they lost thousands of dollars just in food and drink revenue however the two full days that we were there since people had to leave. We will not stay at Tops’l again. There are a better options right next-door. To clarify, though, the condo unit itself was nice if future guests are not looking for a resort type stay regarding peak season restaurant and tiki bar and service in general.

The location and view made up for the uncomfortable furniture. We loved staying here. This is our 2nd vacation at this resort and we will be back without a doubt. The beach was amazing and the guys who run the chairs and umbrellas out and back every morning and evening are amazing, helpful and friendly.
