TOPS'L Summit 805 2 Bedroom

Overall a decent place to stay by the beach. I liked being able to look out over the trees and see the sunrise, that was the best part about this place. It's a really large complex and takes about 5 mins to walk to the beach from the room. The complex has a lot of rules and you have to wear wristbands to use the pool which was a little annoying to remember to grab. They also wouldn't let us use certain areas of the beach or have a small baby tent anywhere on the beach. They want you to rent their umbrellas for $60/day. Lots of auto communication, definitely dealing with a large corporation, but they did send someone quickly to bring a fan, because the carpet was soaking wet when we checked in.

This was a great stay! From my very first questions, they were responsive and friendly. Although we weren’t directly on the beach, we still had a great view of the beach and had very short walk there.
One thing to note is that there was an adjoining door between units, so we could occasionally hear the neighbors, and I am sure they heard us at times. The walls were thin, but it was never too disruptive or loud.
The TOPS’l team was also very nice and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Family of 6, perfect amount of room at an affordable rate. Nothing overly luxurious but a nice and convenient stay. The walk to the beach is not nearly as bad as it looks on the maps. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the Tops’l resort, the pools, and access to the beach. The condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed.

Me and my wife had a great time at this resort, Vacasa makes the experience so easy. The unit was very nice and the view was amazing
