Great spot and location. They were very responsive when I got there super late at night and the bedspread had a stain on it. They changed the bedding the next morning.

Favorite Rental in Destin!

Our favorite place to stay on vacation! We haven’t been there for about 7 years, but when we returned this year, it was like nothing had changed! The cleanliness was great with the property, and we love that it’s in walking distance to the beach! Very close to the pool and hot tub also for the other amenities. No complaints whatsoever and recommend anyone stay here while they are in Destin!

Like others mentioned, the door to the neighbors was thin and you can hear every word they say (was prepared for it, but still hard with a kid). The bar to safety lock the balcony door is broken, so if you go out and shut the door, the bar will fall and you will get locked out. Upon entry, there was a very strong cologne smell. The bed is on a metal frame that sticks out on the sides (dangerous for my child), and the headboard was barely holding on. The rug is stained and looks gross. Overall the room was clean (no visible dirt or sand), but at checkout when making sure nothing was left behind I found a used enema bottle & first aid kit it in the bathroom drawer. The room worked for what I needed as I had family staying in another condo, but I don’t think I would stay in this particular unit again.
