TOPS'L Beach Manor 114

Condo 114 at The Manor was excellent. It was impeccably clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, including dishes, cookware, utensils, boogie boards, and beach toys. We really loved the condo and the easy walk to the beach.
Unfortunately, the resort staff’s poor communication put a damper on an otherwise great stay. We have an oversized vehicle that would not fit in the assigned garage. At check-in, the gate attendant directed us to use one of the two oversized vehicle spaces. We also saw other oversized vehicles parked there.
Later, staff members using those spaces themselves told us the gate attendants “know nothing” and threatened to gladly tow our vehicle if we parked there again. Their only solution was to pay extra each day to park at another building. Thankfully, the entrance staff were professional and helpful, but the conflicting information and rude treatment left a very negative impression.

The condo was very convenient to the beach and pool. Parking was good and they had shopping carts and luggage carriers to help get your luggage and groceries to the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience, cleanliness and value. One pool had a bar and grill if you didn't want to leave the pool/beach area to go eat. The place is also convenient to shopping and dining, I would definitely stay there again!

The location

3-generation family trip for 5. While you can’t see the beach from the room like higher floors, the trade off of not having to wait on the elevator is totally worth it. Literally steps away from the boardwalk. We watched two different fireworks shows from our patio with perfect views! Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, and cooktop and lots of utensils for fixing meals. We ate quick fix breakfasts and lunches at the condo to spend as much time on the beach as possible. We could be from the room to our beach chair in less than 5 minutes. I’m usually not a beach fan (sand, yuck!) but I’d definitely stay here again!!

Loved: Covered parking 30 second walk to the public pool and poolside bar & grill Close to the Beach Manor guest pool (very nice hot tub) About 1 minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean and pretty well appointed. Minor issues included a few outdoor lights needing to be changed and the master bedroom ceiling fan is a bit noisy. Loved the walk-in showers. The furniture was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay.
