There are two on-site restaurants, a variety of walking paths, and a free tram that leads to the beach as well. If you're looking to do a bit of shopping, head less than a mile north to Grand Boulevard, two miles north to Baytowne Wharf, or two miles west to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You'll also be an easy drive from more than a dozen renowned golf courses in the area.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
