We request Tops’l often as our family also lives in the community. Tops’l is a beautiful and lots of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The home was furnished perfectly for our needs for the weekend.

I had my little granddaughter with us and having room to spread out and relax was a plus and not having to share the television because each room had its own. Very nice accommodations!

Have been spring breaking at TOPS'L Summit 203 with my granddaughter (now granddaughters) for six plus years. Always have an awesome time & accommodations are great!

We stayed here for five nights and for the most part, we really enjoyed it. We loved having the washer and dryer to dry our towels and bathing suits, which worked wonderfully. We also loved that the second bedroom had three beds. The living room furniture was quite disappointing. It was seemingly old and quite uncomfortable to sit on. The air vents were also dusty/dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable but the sheets didn’t fit and kept popping off the corners which was a little frustrating. The unit was spacious and we really enjoyed the large kitchen which was nicely updated. The hairdryer in the hall bathroom needed to be fixed or replaced as it wasn’t working and the television in the second bedroom would only get one channel. To our happy surprise, it was close proximity to the ocean and the pool was very nice. We enjoyed the decorations and appreciated the laundry baskets that were provided. All in all, if this unit was updated to fix those issues, we would definitely stay again.

Great resort amenities. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced before renting. Bed sinks to middle and causes back issues and lack of sleep. Dryer takes at least 2 cycles to dry a small load. Other than that nice place that needs a few updates.
