TOPS'L Summit 705A

The view of the water was so calming. Set up a great week of activity. Loved the fitness center with all it's brand new equipment. Last but not least, the team were amazing.

I loved the balcony, big bathroom, and close access to the beach. I also loved that there was a gym on-site.

Booked a pretty good deal and needed something closer than Destin to 30A, but other than that we prob wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was pleasant, as was the staff, but that’s about it for highlights. There is an adjoining door in this unit that must be next to another unit’s kitchen bc we could very loudly hear people (yelling often…and at 2am)and clinking of dishes/pipes running and disgusting smells of food cooking….our whole room smelled like fried food. Yuck. We did report the issues but there wasn’t really anything to be done. The bath towels are also super thin and don’t dry. The lighting is also kinda yuck. Luckily we didn’t need to be at the resort much, but it sure did leave me tired. I brought a sound machine bc other reviews mentioned the noise and I figured this would solve the potential issue. It did not. The first night was great, until someone checked in next door.

We were pleasantly surprised and the location has great amenities. The only downside was our dishes were dirty when we went to use them also we didn’t think to ask for extra towels when office was open . We will be back for sure

Perfect for a long weekend. Clean and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an excellent experience with the Tops’l Summit! It has a nice private beach access and different restaurants/activities to do. We had a beautiful view, friendly staff and a very clean room with a microwave, hairdryer, and refrigerator! The ONLY negative was that the walls are very thin and we had a very noisy neighbor.
