This place works for a group. Was disappointed that the beverage fridge wasn’t available to use and I think the cleaners forgot to do the porch room. Also there is no grill, or communal grill as guaranteed. Unfortunately for us the washing machine was also broken - which we had planned on using. I know this sounds negative but we did enjoy our stay, it’s a good amount of space and separate enough that the sound is minimal. Being in the Top’l property was great. Walkable, but if you have kiddos and/or a lot of stuff highly recommend a wagon. Do not park anywhere but the Captiva area. Oh! And if you rent beach chairs I would call asap to find out availability, that was kinda a mess (but not related to this listing).

Beautiful property and great amenities! We loved everything about our stay at TOPS'l Beach and Racquet Resort. We walked to the beach several days and it was only a few mins away. We utilized the gym and multiple pools and we really enjoyed them all. The pool by the beach was great, but the bar seemed to be a little shortstaffed. We also had a slight issue with the in-facility washer, however, maintenance stopped by to check it out within an hour. Highly recommended!

Great Space

We loved the room we had for our family in this condo. It was very spacious and open. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house was clean also. The only complaint I have is that the dishwasher wasn’t working so we had to wash dishes and there were no throw blankets or extra blankets and sheets for the pull out bed. Other than that we will definitely stay here again! Vacasa was quick and easy to deal with. They came quickly to check dishwasher but was unable to fix it and told us the dishwasher would have to be replaced. I would have given 5 stars except for that. Love the resort and tram service!

Could be perfect, but the details...

So, the place has amazing good living spaces with high ceilings, great kitchen, nice patio, huge master bedroom but a little small other 2 rooms, specially the upstairs. A block from the fitness center witch is great and less than half a mile from the beach through nice sidewalks or they offer a ride back and forth with a call. Shout out to all the people working there in the fitness center and the "tram". We found a few cleaning and maintenance issues of the house that were annoying but the staff were responsive and tried hard to make it right as they could.

Inicialmente teniamos reservado un tonwhouse, cuando llegamos a este lugar nos dimos cuenta que habia una persona en el sitio haciendo arreglos del piso de la propidad, nos indico que el lugar estaria disponible para dentro e 15 dias. Tuvimos en comunicacion con Vacasa y Vrbo al rededor de dos horas, con los ninos y dultos hambrientos y cansados. Despues de muchas llamadas lograron encontrarnos otra casa, que es esta propiedad. Esta casa nos gusto mucho, la zona muy buena, la casa muy amplia y en buen estado aun cuando no es una casa moderna, el acceso a la playa muy facil y cerca, el servicio de traslado a la playa funciona perfectamente. Initially we had reserved a tonwhouse, when we arrived at this place we realized that there was a person on the site making arrangements of the floor of the property, he indicated that the place would be available for within 15 days. We had in communication with Vacasa and Vrbo around two hours, with the hungry and tired children and sweets. After many calls they managed to find us another house, which is this property. We liked this house very much, the area very good, the house very spacious and in good condition even though it is not a modern house, the access to the beach very easy and close, the transfer service to the beach works perfectly.
