TOPS'L Summit 806

We had a great stay at TOPS’L Resort overall. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The amenities and atmosphere really made it feel like a private and relaxing getaway.
The only minor downside was that the linens felt a bit light, we would have appreciated heavier bedding or a few extra blankets, especially for relaxing in the evenings. The bed was also on the firmer side, though we understand that comfort preferences vary.
Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Well decorated and a good view

This home is so open and roomy with plenty of space to relax. Everything was just as pictured. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. One King and one Queen bedroom were perfect for my sister and me to each have our own space. Lovely view (from the balcony and one bedroom) of the water/beach along with the nature preserve with lots of trees. We used both the pool at the Summit building and the one closer to the beach by the Tides. Both were well kept and popular spots! The kitchen was well equipped and having a washer/dryer was helpful to wash our beach and pool towels that we brought from home. The whole place was clean and welcoming when we arrived.

Summit 806 was very clean, and had everything we needed! Great view, and easy walk down to the beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We love the location of Tops’l!

We liked our room, it was clean. The property always feels right. Rooms just like anywhere else sometimes are a hit or miss but this year we were very happy with this specific unit.

We had a great experience staying here. The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The resort staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The resort amenities were excellent—especially the pool, which was never too crowded, and the bar and grill, where the food was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the tram service that made getting to and from the beach so easy and convenient. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be a challenge, but everything about this stay—from the thoughtful amenities to the helpful staff—made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
