TOPS'L Tennis Village 26

Good location. Carport valued. Before our arrival, the carpet was removed in the upper-level bedrooms and steps. This was replaced with vinyl plank. New rugs were added under beds in upper-level, along with new throw pillows and a large ivory chair. These improvements were very much appreciated! However, the fabric couch in the living room is still old, worn out, lumpy and very low. You sink into it and it is hard to get up out of it (no matter how many pillows you try and stuff under the cushions). Couch still has odors (even though it was shampooed before our stay). Couch pillows are old, some stained and also smell (do not believe they were cleaned before our arrival). Recommend replacement of the old, sad couch. -thank you!

The property is very quiet. You can barely hear people playing tennis. Everything was a great size. I love the covered parking for one vehicle. That also made it easy to unload everything. The wifi didn't lag once. The a/c was as cold as ice. Water was nice and hot. It was centrally located to everything. I definitely recommend staying here.

The tennis village rentals vary greatly by quality. #26 is excellent. Great beds, everything is really well maintained and clean. This unit has been updated. We had a great stay

Location is great. Rating is probably more of a 3.5. If the couch was replaced rating would definitely go up. The fabric couch in the living room, as it is old, worn out, very low to get up out of (no matter how many pillows you try and stuff under the cushions) and it has odors (down feathers are probably part of the cause of this).
