Comfy unit

We’ve stayed at Summit before but first time in this unit. It was comfy and had all the stuff you would need. Plenty of towels/rags too which was so nice! One side of the master bed was broke down but not to the point that we couldn’t make it work. Hot water ran out fast if both showers were going at the same time so needed to stagger. Ac unit took awhile to cool down but it was August and the curtains were open upon arrival so that’s to be expected. Also can’t see the pool area at all but had a great view of the wooded area so saw some wildlife. Unit could use some small TLC but I would definitely stay again. No deal breakers were found!

Great last second trip

We decided to come down for 3 days while having severe storms and flooding in KY. This was a great little getaway until conditions improved. Unit was very clean and perfect for us and our 2 small children. Would rent this unit again

Loved that there’s easy access to the beach and location is close to all shopping places and attractions. The compound is very nice, private and met our needs.

Tops'l Summit 1003 - July 2024

Overall great experience. This is our sixth time visiting the Tops'l resort (we love Tops'l!), but our first time staying in the Summit building. We typically stay in Tides. Unit 1003 is towards the north end of the building near the trash chute, which is convenient, but it is far from the elevators. Not a terrible walk though. One nice thing is the elevators seemed new. The ride was quick and smooth. Summit pool is OK. It is a lot less lively than the Tides pool which some may prefer. There also is not the beach breeze often experienced at the Tides pool which can be a little stifling. We prefer the Tides pool given the lively atmosphere as well as it's proximity to the beach and Blue Dunes Grill. Specific to the unit: • Clean upon arrival. • Nicely decorated. • Major appliances worked great. • Access to the Fitness Center was included. Nice amenity. • Could use some furniture and bed updates as they are showing wear and tear.
