We stayed in this unit in 2019 when it was owned by a woman and not a management company, so we weren’t sure what to expect this time around. We love the location and the views from the unit, which is one of the main reasons we returned to it again and it was almost identical to when we stayed in 2019. Our kids used the private pool every day and they loved it, especially when the purple flag was flying at the beach. The proximity to the beach is awesome, great sunsets, and we love that it’s a gated community. The only downside is the parking garage has a height restriction of 6’ 5” so we had to remove our car top carrier to fit in the garage (we have a Honda CR-V), so keep that in mind. Other than that, we highly recommend this property. We look forward to visiting again next Summer!

Nice condo with a gorgeous view located just steps from the white sandy beach. Amenities were as described although we were not able to use the pickleball courts as we thought we could. We were told we needed green wrist bands to use them and we had the blue. The blue wrist bands did get us into the spa and fitness center. Not a big deal for us to though. The host was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and will hopefully be booking again soon!

This place had a fantastic layout and location. Just needs a deep cleaning. If someone spent a few extra hours cleaning this place, it would be a 10. There are areas that look like they have not been dusted in years. Otherwise, would recommend!

The beach was just steps away from us, loved that we had two pools on both sides. Easy parking. The views were beautiful. We will be back to this place! The kitchen had everything to cook at the place.
