Nice condo with decent view of the beach. Overall clean with lots of bath towels. Master bed a little uncomfortable. Bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold! Master toilet ran periodically and hot water heater is in the master. So if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs! Enjoyed our stay though we mostly spent the time at the beach or around town. I cannot comment on the price because we did not look at other properties sine our friends were all staying here.

Had an amazing time while staying at the Topsl Tides. The condo was roomy and clean.

What we loved: 1. Tides building proximity to the beach. 2. Tides pool area and bathroom availability poolside. 3. Poolside pavilion bar and grill. 4. New elevators in the Tides building. 5. Booking through Vacasa we gained access to the Fitness Center which has a good selection of free weights, machines, and aerobic equipment. There is also a sauna, whirlpool, and regular pool available for use. 6. Unit specific: a. View of gulf. b. Good TV, cable, and internet speed. c. Twin beds in the Guest Bedroom. d. Overall cleanliness minus a couple issues. e. Good variety of kitchen cooking utensils, pots, pans. f. Quality cups, bowls, plates. g. Ample living room seating. h. Good ice maker in freezer. Opportunities for Improvement: 1. Cleanliness: a. Dusting of windows. b. Dusty return air grill. c. Dirty Master Bedroom bedsheets upon arrival. 2. Guest Bath toilet running. 3. Noisy water heater in Master Bedroom closet. 4. Dishwasher did not function properly and could use replacement. 5. Soundproofing between unit above could be improved upon. 6. Master Bedroom bed not comfortable. 7. Couch comfort was OK and could be improved upon. A more detailed description of each item for improvement was provided to Vacasa and the unit Owner.
