Driving Directions to TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort

TOPS’L is located in Miramar Beach, Florida, just east of Destin and directly adjacent to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Whether you’re arriving from nearby airports, driving in from regional hubs, or traveling along the Gulf Coast, reaching the resort is simple and scenic.

From Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)

Approx. 35–40 minutes

• Exit the airport and follow signs toward FL-85 South.
• Continue on FL-85 S until you reach US-98 East.
• Turn Left onto US-98 E toward Destin/Sandestin.
• Continue for approximately 14 miles, passing Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
• Turn Right onto TOPS’L Beach Blvd (just past Sandestin’s east gate).
• Follow signs to the TOPS’L entrance and Guest Registration.

From Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)

Approx. 45–50 minutes

• Exit the airport and take FL-388 West.
• Continue Straight to merge onto US-98 West toward Destin.
• Drive approximately 30 miles, passing through Inlet Beach, 30A, and Miramar Beach.
• Turn Left onto TOPS’L Beach Blvd.
• Follow the road to Guest Registration.

From Pensacola (PNS Airport or Downtown)

Approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

• Take I-110 South to US-98 East.
• Follow US-98 E through Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin.
• Continue on US-98 E for another 10–12 miles past Destin Commons.
• Turn Right onto TOPS’L Beach Blvd.
• Follow signs to the Guest Registration building.

From Panama City Beach / 30A

• Take US-98 West through Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach.
• Continue toward Miramar Beach.
• Turn Left onto TOPS’L Beach Blvd.
• Follow the road into the resort.

From Interstate 10 (East or West)

• Take the DeFuniak Springs Exit (US-331 South).
• Follow US-331 to US-98.
• Turn Right (westbound) onto US-98 toward Destin.
• Drive approximately 12 miles.
• Turn Left onto TOPS’L Beach Blvd.
• Continue Straight to Guest Registration.

Once You’re on TOPS’L Beach Blvd

• Follow the landscaped entrance road toward the security gate.
• Continue Straight past the gatehouse.
• Signs will direct you to Guest Registration, the Beach & Racquet Club, and each lodging area within the resort.
